HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix
all ingredients together and put in 9"x13" casserole. Sprinkle with
cheese and top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30
minutes.
