MY MOTHER-IN-LAW MAKES THE BEST "BROCCOLI CASSEROLE"

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. (2 med.) onions, chopped
1 (6-8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick butter, softened
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. water
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. (2 med.) onions, chopped
1 (6-8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick butter, softened
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 - 2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. water
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix
butter, Cheez Whiz, salt, pepper, soups, water, onion and water
chestnuts together in a large bowl. Add rice and mix well. Add broccoli
and mix together.
